With over 22 years of experience, Mark has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the creative field in relation to marketing and promotions. Mark was at the forefront of Experiential Marketing after having spent 18 ½ years at USMP which eventually became the experiential division of The Marketing Arm. As he worked his way up the ranks to eventually lead the creative department he has seen it all and done it all in experiential and has the unique ability to take projects from concept to design to fabrication and execution. Mark has had the privilege of working with some of the biggest brands in the world including Nintendo, AT&T, Hilton, State Farm, Walmart, Anheuser Busch, P&G and Frito Lay and truly enjoys the diversity of clients and taking on the challenges of creating memorable and immersive experiences to help to satisfy their marketing needs.

In his free time, Mark likes to spend it with his wife and two kids whether it’s coaching baseball or soccer or hopping on a plane on a new adventure. With a name like Aguas you can bet he loves bodies of water and takes full advantage of his Southern California locale paddle boarding or scuba diving off the coast.

Mark Trivia: “I grew up overseas and have lived in seven different countries around the world from the Philippines to Australia, Jordan, Kuwait, UAE, England and eventually the US all before my 19thbirthday. And no, my dad wasn’t in the military.”
