Lily McDowell

Coordinator, Client Services

Lily began her journey with Newbridge Marketing Group in June 2022 as a Client Services Intern, where she gained hands-on experience that extended beyond the classroom. During her college years, Lily was actively involved in creating graphics for the Athletics Office, competing as a student athlete, and being a leader of the Outdoors Club.

Lily graduated from Wheaton College MA with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, concentrating in Marketing, New Media, and Analytics, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Art. Lily is now a Coordinator of Client Services with NMG, where she continues to apply her creative thinking, collaborative spirit, and flexible approach to exploring different aspects of the business.

Lily is based in Richmond, VA, and is passionate about teamwork, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning. She is always eager to try new things and gain experience across various business areas.

Outside of work, Lily enjoys attending concerts, exploring coffee shops, and visiting farmers markets. As a dedicated animal lover, she also volunteers at Richmond Animal Care and Control.
