Berlin Jespersen

Senior Manager, Client Services

Berlin joins Newbridge with a decorated background in events, a passion for creating shared experiences, and a diverse range of industry knowledge including the environment and outdoors, culinary industries, social causes and more.

After receiving her degree from Westminster College in Environmental Studies, Berlin has continually sought creative ways and curated events to help build strong connections between the outdoor industry and relative environmental organizations.

Berlin expanded her experiential marketing career by helping launch and manage Backcountry.com’s first ever pop-up retail store located in New York City; shaking up the famous streets of the fashion world with ski boots, snow cats, and s’mores.

Just prior to Newbridge, Berlin lead various internal cultural initiatives and events at the iconic culinary brand, Traeger Grills. This culturally-driven brand helped her hone in on her passion for diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), and corporate giving. Berlin is excited to continue her growth at Newbridge and dive deeper into the experiential marketing world.

After work Berlin is found on the local trails just minutes from her doorstep in Salt Lake City, Utah hiking and mountain biking. On the weekends when she’s not traveling or camping, you can catch her at the ski resort, concerts, farmers markets, a new restaurant, or out socializing with friends at a local brewery.

Berlin Trivia: “In 2016 I attended a study-abroad trip with Westminster College to the Kingdom of Bhutan where we studied the nation’s Gross National Happiness, travelled across the country, and hiked to Paro Taktsang (also known as the “Tiger’s Nest”), the countries famous cliff-side monastery. Because of Bhutans tight travel restrictions, it truly was the trip of a lifetime!”
