Steve spent the first eight years of his career at Procter & Gamble. After working on P&G’s Target, Costco and New York customer teams, he moved to Brussels where he helped develop and deliver P&G’s category management and retailer metrics training. Next stop was Prague where he enjoyed being a part of high growth and rapid brand introductions while overseeing the local finance team. Steve left P&G for CRM experts Peppers & Rogers, where he developed customer marketing strategies for then start-up E*TRADE.
After independent CRM consulting for Microsoft, Steve led strategic planning for the $2 billion Bath & Kitchen division of American Standard. He left to co-found Newbridge Marketing Group and has enjoyed the impact that can be made via the entrepreneurial path.
In his free time, Steve enjoys coaching little league and getting out to the beautiful Pacific Northwest nature with his wife and four kids.
