College marketing veteran Kristin Reedman rejoins Newbridge Marketing Group
December 10, 2015 – Kristin Reedman has been named to the newly created position of vice president of Newbridge Campus, Newbridge Marketing Group’s college marketing division.
Reedman previously was a member of the Newbridge Marketing team for nearly seven years. She returns to the agency after serving as director of business development for Her Campus Media, a Boston-based online global community for women in college.
The establishment of the new position recognizes the tremendous growth of Newbridge Campus, as well as the firm’s confidence in Reedman’s deep understanding of the college marketing landscape and her track record of delivering innovative strategies for brand partners.
“We are thrilled to have Kristin back at Newbridge in such an important leadership role,” said Steve Schubert, a partner and co-founder of Newbridge Marketing Group. “Her vision for the future of Newbridge Campus is inspiring. Kristin brings creativity and energy to brand partnerships and is a true thought leader in the millennial marketing space. On a personal level, she’s a fantastic teammate and someone who connects so well with brands and our strategic partners.”
Over the past decade, Reedman has led relationships with partners such as Microsoft, Uber, Procter & Gamble, Intel, Chevrolet, Urban Outfitters and Teen Vogue. She worked at Newbridge from 2008 through early 2015, rising to the position of director of new business development. In her new role, she will oversee strategy and brand program development for the Newbridge Campus division, while leading the continued growth of third party strategic relationships and Newbridge-owned marketing platforms within the college market.
“I am incredibly excited to rejoin a team that I truly loved working with,” Reedman said. “For several years, I have focused on helping brands create more authentic connections with college students. With the scale of the collegiate relationships Newbridge now has and with our creative resources, we are well positioned to continue transforming the college marketing landscape. It’s a special opportunity to be at the forefront of such a shift.”
Prior to joining Newbridge in 2008, Reedman was an interactive media planner at Tangible Media, a New York-based media buying agency. She earned a bachelor’s degree in communications and advertising from Marist College. Reedman will continue to be based in the New York metropolitan area.
